I had an okay experience at Hotel Viva during my two-night stay, but there are quite a few areas that need improvement. The room was reasonably priced and clean, and I appreciated the good Wi-Fi connection and hot shower. However, the lack of an elevator on the third floor made things challenging when I arrived with my luggage, and the housekeeping could have been better. I think it could be an enjoyable stay if a few upgrades were made. 😅

The De Luxe room was clean, but the sticky floor and unfresh bed sheets were disappointing. The TV was also quite small.
Service

There were no staff available to assist with my luggage, and the deposit requirement at check-in was inconvenient.

The hotel is conveniently located between HTAR and AEON Bukit Tinggi, which was great for accessing local eateries and shops.

There are several good restaurants within walking distance, offering tasty grilled meats among other options.

The lack of a refrigerator and coffee/tea water heater in the room was a downside.

I had a decent stay at Hotel Viva for two nights in their De Luxe room. It was nice for the price, with good internet and a clean bathroom. However, the lack of an elevator was a hassle, and some cleanliness issues could really use improvement.

Facilities were basic; I could’ve used a mini-fridge or a kettle for coffee/tea, and the TV was super tiny with no English channels.

My stay at Hotel Viva was decent but came with its share of drawbacks. The price was fair, and I appreciated the strong Wi-Fi and clean comfort in the room. However, the lack of an elevator and some housekeeping issues really impacted my experience.

I spent two nights at Hotel Viva in a De Luxe room, and while it had its perks, there were definitely some drawbacks. The price was reasonable, the Wi-Fi was good, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. However, the lack of an elevator was a hassle, and I found the housekeeping could improve as the bed sheets didn’t have a fresh smell.

I stayed at Hotel Viva for two nights and, while it was pretty decent for the price, there were definitely some points that need improvement. The room was clean and had good Wi-Fi, but I had to lug my own luggage up to the third floor since there’s no elevator, which was a hassle. Also, the housekeeping could use some work, as the floor felt sticky and the bed sheets didn’t smell fresh.
